This can include anything from chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries to sports-related conditions or post-surgical recovery.

What Is Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT)?
Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) is a drug-free, non-invasive form of hands-on therapy designed to support and restore the body’s natural healing processes. It aims to improve health across all systems of the body by addressing imbalances and restrictions that may be interfering with optimal function.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, MOT looks at the body as an interconnected whole—treating the musculoskeletal, nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, and visceral (organ) systems to help restore harmony and balance.

How Does It Work?
The musculoskeletal system—which includes bones, muscles, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and connective tissues—forms the structural framework that supports and moves your body. Other vital systems, such as the nervous system, circulatory system, lymphatic system, and internal organs, are closely connected to this framework.
When one system is out of alignment or restricted, it can affect the function of others. MOT helps identify and release these restrictions, allowing the body’s systems to better communicate and work together, often resulting in unexpected and widespread relief.

What to Expect
Clients often find that treating a single issue can lead to improvements in multiple areas of the body. Many report feeling lighter, more mobile, and more energized after treatment. It’s no surprise that some people describe their osteopathic therapist as a "magician"—but it’s really the body’s own ability to heal, simply guided by skilled hands.

What is a treatment like?
RAPID Therapists use a a combination of hands on palpation, examination, and treatment. What Is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a natural healing practice that’s been used for thousands of years as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It works by gently inserting very fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to help restore balance and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

In TCM, these points are located along pathways called meridians, which carry the body’s vital energy—known as Qi (pronounced “chee”). When the flow of Qi becomes blocked or unbalanced, it can lead to pain, stress, or illness. Acupuncture helps to rebalance this flow, easing discomfort and promoting overall wellness.

Modern research shows that acupuncture can relieve pain, reduce stress, improve sleep, boost energy, and support emotional health by encouraging healthy circulation and calming the nervous system.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, support for stress or sleep issues, or a way to enhance your overall well-being, acupuncture offers a gentle, holistic approach to help you feel your best.

Born and raised in the Okanagan, I’ve always had a deep connection to nature, movement, and wellness. Growing up playing volleyball and basketball—and spending weekends dirt biking—I developed an early appreciation for the importance of staying active and taking care of the body.

My passion for holistic health led me to graduate from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in November 2021, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist shortly after. In my practice, I strive to create effective, personalized treatments that integrate a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Having completed my Yin yoga teacher training, I also enjoy guiding clients through stretches and mobility work as part of their home care to support long-term wellness.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me in the mountains- camping, dirt biking, hiking, or spending quality time with my family.

Whether you’re seeking relief from an injury, looking for ongoing maintenance, or simply wanting to support your overall well-being, I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey !

With over ten years of experience in the strength and conditioning field, I bring a great deal of knowledge and a high level of coaching to athletes. My education includes a Diploma in Coaching and Sports Performance from Red Deer College and a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Performance and Physical Activity from the University of Alberta. Since graduating, I have obtained multiple certifications and am working towards my CSCS to further my knowledge and education in the field.

I have been fortunate enough to work with the Dallas Stars NHL organization assisting in the training of their players and prospective athletes. I have also trained hockey athletes from the AHL, NCAA, WHL, academy leagues and community hockey teams. Along with hockey I have experience training athletes from other sports including soccer, football, basketball and volleyball.

I went into training because I love helping athletes become the best versions of themselves. I love sports and more specifically, I love the biomechanics and strategies that are involved with sports. If I can teach and train an athlete to biomechanically move better, get stronger, faster and more powerful for their sport, grow their confidence and have some fun in the weight room then my job is complete. It is seeing the smile of an athlete succeed in the weight room, getting news of them making their team and the ability to go watch them play their sport that brings me joy and drives my passion for athlete training.
